The thing that the loose change crowd got wrong is that it wasn’t that 9/11 was straight up planned by the USA, it’s more that it was allowed to happen. Whether that’s due to incompetence, truly a belief that it wouldn’t be all that big of a deal (which, tbf, was easily possible), or opportunistic is debatable.
