If we don’t and become like China where one party rules, then no. All history books will be forced to praise him to say he was / is the best president there ever was and Don Jr is doing a fantastic job as current president. Anything less than this will be considered unamerican which will be grounds for losing citizenship

Genocide is generally considered a direct act against a culture, ethnicity, or religion with the intentions to destroy them in one form or another. For example if I dropped a nuke on say Salt Lake City because fuck Mormons that would be genocide, if I cutoff trade to say Twin Falls Idaho due to resource disputes and mass death occurred that would just be a mass casualty event with human rights violations involved.
It’s a definitional thing and frankly cutting USAID doesn’t quite hit the definition at least without proven intent. Who knows maybe it’ll come out that Musk purposefully fucked with it because he is racist and not just because he is a callous dipshit. That would push it into the genocide category.
