  Same. Taste buds can adapt to appreciate flavors they didn’t previously, though.

  When I first started with beets as part of my post workout smoothie, I had to make sure that the other ingredients (banana, broccoli, lemon or lime, berries) masked the taste because I didn’t like it.

  Now I genuinely love the taste 🤤

      That’s how I used to be too lol.

      Liked em grilled, baked, pickled, you name it. But not raw.

      Now i prefer raw to all the others except pickled 😁
