While they’re at it, might as well use liposuction fat. Donated from one person in USA, injected into the butt of another person in Brazil.

Everyone who is willing to go through a boring routine procedure that doesn’t adversely affect their lives moving forward should be willing to face potential lifelong complications, medications, and pain, (not to mention potential death from any number of things from surgery to simply existing with one kidney) in order to give someone else half of their kidneys or else they’re a piece of shit.
