I never understood this, how the hell are you not medically underweight?
I guess some people’s bodies are still operating as a European peasant.

I’m not underweight, my digestive system is just lightweight, minimalistic and debloated with as little propriatery nutrients as possible (except for those needed to function). It’s not intuitive to the average alive person, but it’s my system and all that matters is that I know how to use it!
