Not all of us are neurotypical. I’ll literally go all day just sitting around at home on a day off and realize it’s 6pm and I haven’t eaten all day. I literally just forgot to eat.
Hey I’m not neurotypical either. I have ADHD and a bunch of other stuff. But I feel like it’s probably not physically healthy to consistently do that kind of thing. Especially if it’s consistent in its inconsistency.

Yeah I feel like it’s genuinely problematic if you do that kinda stuff. My stomach feels like I ate two knives if I haven’t eaten in even six hours.

Of course it isn’t healthy.
The point I’m making is I and many people do it unintentionally.
