Yeah, I’m not only drinking and pissing like a cow. I use a salt lick as well.

I mean, I don’t, but I realized I have been dipping my fingers into my salt dish a lot.

    I cook with a cast iron pan to get more iron too. Apparently our types of brains use more salt and more iron
