  Yeah, I’m not only drinking and pissing like a cow. I use a salt lick as well.

      Yes, probably as well, besides sweating out minerals like crazy. Just ignore the H. I need to get a diagnosis, but I can’t muster up the motivation.

        I cook with a cast iron pan to get more iron too. Apparently our types of brains use more salt and more iron
