No idea. I’m an amateur weightlifter and I do think it helps with getting a decent aesthetic build with less work though. I look pretty muscular even though my lifts aren’t that impressive. Not that it’s helped much with getting women interested in me. There’s other benefits to work out though and dudes appreciate it at least.
