Huh? What would be the bigger evil?
And re: network effect, I just told the people I wanted to chat with that I am going to use Signal and then uninstalled. Most followed, some didn’t. That’s just life, I guess.

They’re both facebook products. that doesn’t make whatsapp the lesser evil. That’s like saying the lesser evil of Google Messages is Google Hangouts. What’s the greater evil that isn’t a facebook product?
