  Yeah, why would you ever hang those upside down unless that’s what you were going for? Or you could just cut or snap off the handles.

    I suspect there is a hole in the base of the handle that they are hanging from but hard to tell.

      Yes, that’s been the standard manner of manufacturing them for as long as I can remember (several decades at least).

    To have them low enough to be eye level for kids. Without snapping off the handles.
