  I mean, it’s partly the job of the parents to make sure the kid wear their seatbelt. It’s part of education

    By the time a kid is out of car seats, much less sitting in the front seat, they’re old enough to remind the mom to wear hers.

      Legally, the driver is responsible for everyone 16 or under, in my province.
