Ha. Was at the self checkout with Wine, so the attendant had to come over and approve the purchase. The sign said ALL Wine purchasers MUST show ID. She didn’t bother to ask for ID, so I said “Umm don’t you have to check my ID?”, gesturing at the sign. She looks and me and says " Nah I think we are good".
So 55 is the Staff’s “I’m pretty sure I won’t lose my job over not chrcking this guys ID”
