That would be what I would do, after I wasted cutting baking paper and realising it won’t work lol

I might add a little fine sugar and cinnamon to the dusting flour, would that work?

I think so, but sugar has a habit of caramelising and becoming stickier. I’d stick with flour, as I’d be worried about sticky melted sugar in the pan. But I think combined with flour, it should be okay - I’ve never tried it tbh
