Sterilization also seems like a good option
Sterilization does nothing except preventing babby from being born. And most of these subhumans are also old… like, grandfather old.
The term you are likely reaching for is castration.
That is effective, especially if you remove everything; both twig and berries.
Indeed I meant castration. Remove the compulsions while leaving the person alive and not having taxpayers pay to jail or monitor them the rest of their lives.
