Yeah “promposals” started with the millennial generation, didn’t they? We didn’t have these back in my day either. Anyway the only person who ever “asked” me to prom was my brother’s friend …two years AFTER he’d graduated from our high school…then not another word was ever spoken about it. Never saw him again until 7 years later after I’d gotten out of the military and he was married to some Chinese lady. I bet he thinks I forgot that he ever fake-aaked me to prom. Nope, I remembered then & still remember 33 years later.
