I get if a person is found guilty but just tossing it up there for an alledged crime I think is bs especially if they advertise on that site. So if a person wanted to they could copy the image, and spread it around then doesn’t that mean you are working money off a person or is accused or alledged and still found not guilty. Then forever your going to be marred by something you didn’t do and proved it in the court of law?

The person could sue for defamy, but they’d have to prove the website was publishing false information.
