classrooms are not democracies, you are there to impose order, are there to teach, start classes by telling the students what they are going to learn that day . Certainty is very helpful to young minds. Look at what the teachers who have order do.
and yes, look after yourself, be the best prepared you , show no weakness!!

Hey, I loath teaching in a group sense. One or two at a time is a totally different thing. It’s more of a conversation, so much more adaptable, and none of that being stared at bullshit.
