Maybe not, I’ve gotten that message a whole TWO times in 10+ years of giving blood. Got the message once in 2022, and the second time last July. Both of them were sent at exactly 10:00 AM, which is a bit suspicious… but if it’s a lie, I wonder why they don’t send it more often…
