When I wake up in the morning and do my bike rides or lifting, I feel great throughout the day and have more energy. You don’t have to be alpha to know a bit if excersice is great and I think you’ll find makes you feel better for the rest of the day

Nah, I never feel better after I work out. Just tired and kind of shitty. Having to go to work afterwards would make me want to walk into traffic.
