Depends on if you are going to commit a crime or not. I don’t think they can ask defendants to moon the jury to see if that is the ass that committed a crime or not.
Better hope you don’t have any moles or anything identifiable on your ass, or if you do maybe get it removed after the crime to throw off any witnesses.

In that case, witnesses would be presented with a lineup of various suspect asses.
