Well, in the comic strip here the person seems to consider the urge to kill normal and the self-regulation to be intrusive, whereas most people seem to view it the other way around

How do you tell psychosis apart from normalcy if there’s no negative outcomes associated with that distinction? Is it psychosis or just the hallmark of a different kind of person?

The questions are rhetorical. My point is that being weird isn’t necessarily a bad thing. In those cases the only “problem” is that they were born into a society that doesn’t understand them, or treats them as sick/evil/dangerous.
