I’ve never spent more than 4 minutes the four times I’ve voted in the general election in Norway. That is in person voting. If you also include waking to and from the voting place, add 10-20 minutes, walking.

Depends on the location in the US; I can walk/bike to mine, and I’m usually in-and-out in 10 minutes or less. Some places intentionally make it harder to vote though. There might be reduced polling locations (tend to see that in minority heavy areas), long lines (like, hours waiting long), limitations on early voting for people with scheduling issues, etc.
