The same way that you should tell all your prospective partners that you will only have sex for children, so they will have sex with you between zero and maybe three times in your life.
Do you tell that to your partners on the first date? Because if you withold that, then it is you who began the relationship cheating with lies. And those are the lies that killed the relationship, not the partner your tricked into dating you or marrying you trying to fulfill unmet needs.

I spend a week without it, and I can’t sleep or focus, it’s just a normal biological need. you don’t need it, good for you. but don’t set up arbitrary rules and force them on everyone because you don’t like sex.
