relationships change, thats normal and natural. why stay with someone because of loyalty? did you sweat an oath on your first date?

That’s the monogamous toxicity.
if you’re not happy with your mare you should inform them. that’s communication. you mention that like a massive ultimatum, but it is the bare minimum. The same way that you should tell all your prospective partners that you will only have sex for children, so they will have sex with you between zero and maybe three times in your life.
Do you tell that to your partners on the first date? Because if you withold that, then it is you who began the relationship cheating with lies. And those are the lies that killed the relationship, not the partner your tricked into dating you or marrying you trying to fulfill unmet needs.
if you are only allowed to eat my cooking, but I never cook, you’ll starve and no one would blame you for getting something to eat for yourself.

Go read about asexuality. you might be one. for many sex and intimacy is a need like food.
I spend a week without it, and I can’t sleep or focus, it’s just a normal biological need. you don’t need it, good for you. but don’t set up arbitrary rules and force them on everyone because you don’t like sex.
