Denuvo is acting like a parasite attaching itself to the game running simultaneously and hogging resources. An asset even if it’s 100 GB won’t impact performance if it is being completely ignored by the game.

An asset not used by a game consuming 100GB of my disk space would probably have a bigger impact on me and how I use my computer than denuvo.
