I’m fortunate enough to have played it a few times at my friends (freaky) uncles house. I’m sure its not news to you, but it can be emulated on Amiga and on PC DOS. The original Mad TV can be (legally) played in the browser with DOSBox on Internet Archive: archive.org/details/mad-tv
Interestingly, with I find pre-1995 strategy games (original Simcity, Pizza Tycoon) games easier to get into than say pre-1995 RPGs (with a heavily modded Daggerfall being an exception).
