I slept most of today. My stomach hurt so much I wasn’t able to eat and only managed a few sips of lemonade to take Panadol.

I’m trying a few dry crackers now and maybe some heavily diluted Ensure

  I have persistent longstanding abdominal pain with no apparent cause in combination with known medical issues around digestion, and it really affects my life/being able to eat.
  
  It’s a lifelong everyday thing but naturally it does worsen with stress

    That sucks to hear and I’m sorry you have to go through that amongst everything else. We say our health system is better than the US but it still has all these barriers to punish people just for needing the support it’s supposed to provide.

    Yeah, it sucks. I’ve gone through almost all the options in the public system and can’t really afford to go private
