what else was it going to be, only people with blue eyes who are 10 or more? yeah duh, whatever qualifier you put after “everyone” just limits the population to that qualifier, so why say “everyone” at all? having a giant E for everyone with a tiny 10+ is misleading, but also stupid and pointless. just put a 10+ sign.
