Sadly it has the same problem as cuphead for me: I really really REALLY hate the old Disney animation style on a visceral level

Disney is pretty well known for popularizing the rubber hose style animation that cup head uses as it’s inspiration. While Looney toons was around the same time period and had some elements, I don’t think it’s considered rubber hose style.

Oh ok that makes sense I was unfamiliar with rubberhose, however based on how its described in the Wikipedia article, cuphead doesn’t entirely follow that animation style since characters like king dice have clearly defined elbows
