Still your post is misinformation, no research has been stated to cease, only that some portion of the research stations will move to a centralized location.
So, you are spreading misinformation by saying the research has been halted because nobody has said whether any research will be halted.
How does moving research away from the study sites that need actively monitored not affect research?

The labs that are being “relocated” are next to the forests that they study. How the fuck do you study forests from a central headquarters in Utah?
