homes@piefed.world 7 hours agoI got a buddy of mine who spent thousands of dollars on a brand spanking new server just for Plex, and a 40 TB hard drive set up. A VPN, a gigabyte ethernet connection, and I spent the last year filling that hard drive up full of an exquisite collection of movies, television shows, documentaries, docu-series anime, comedy specials, so much stuff… the amount of time I spent in Photoshop creating custom collection posters for every library… I mean, I’m getting paid for this, too, but seriously…
And he still prefers to watch stuff from YouTube premium. I just don’t fucking get it. He says it’s because he’s “used to it“.
