Obviously it would give you mumps, not meningitis (it’s the kissing disease after all).
The real danger is that cooties can lay dormant in your nervous system and flare up again when you’re older. That’s why it’s very important to get circle circle dot dot vaccinated.

CCDD vaccines are only locally effective. Make sure that a medical professional delivers the circle circle square square treatment so that the vaccine can be distributed everywhere.

This is true. I didn’t get circle circle dot dot vaccinated and a girl kissed me and now I’m trans. Cooties don’t just go away
