There used to be a nice smartphone app to show which frequencies were being used nearby but they banned it from the app stores because I guess frequency scanners are illegal in some jurisdictions.

You can still get them on Android. I just don’t think iOS exposes the necessary information to apps.

Maybe that’s an IOS thing or something? WIFIman from Unifi/Ubiquity works wonders for me
