I would say my question is more lore than belief related; my question is tied to an RPG campaign that I’m playing.
I find I get better responses if I don’t have a gigantic wall of text explaining the question.

Might not be a bad idea to specify which RPG, as there might be already a mechanical answer, or, if not, an answer probably more in line with the general vibe of the RPG you’re playing, rather than just answers relating to the wildly diverse lore/mythology of faelike creatures in general
