TheAsianDonKnots@lemmy.zip 1 week agoPlease don’t use pre ground meat for tartare. Besides being off cuts, pre ground is exposed to way more pathogens than a slab of beef you ground/chop yourself.
80/20 ground beef patty is not a delicacy and certainly not tartare.
