      There is definitely an abnormal amount. I mean, when the cat licks his penis every 15 minutes, you know it’s too much, even if you don’t know about his penis licking habits.

      Maybe some fur in the area has been licked bald, my parents’ cat got very stressed at one point and licked all the fur off of his tummy
