I like that you chose one of the few genres of metal where it does actually end up being about love… in the metaphorical, “love and kindness defeats evil” kinda way.
The only more “love” genre would have been hair metal.
Death metal would have been a better choice, but then that statement is valid most of the time…
Until it starts bordering on goregrind, and ironically becomes about “love” of a different, one way kinda sense.

I realised that this must’ve been one of the reasons I enjoyed metal when younger.
