  knew a guy in the army who would eat spam and bean dip out of cans for a meal. same guy would eat a bag of oreos poured into a mixing bowl with milk for saturday morning breakfast cartoons.

      probably? was in great shape when I knew him, 290-300s on his apft. but you can’t pour that much garbage into the machine and not have issues eventually
