Same here, I wish I felt like this every day. The positive difference in my mood is crazy. Sadly I get more bad than good sleep these daysā¦

Stress in general - business stress, personal stress, also bad bedtime routine. It all adds up. Yesterday I made a few changes and noticed a difference, need to keep the momentum going.
