Cards make you happy. Had gestational diabetes some years ago. Went very low carb to control sugars. Was very cranky bitch for the entire pregnancy.

Yeah so here’s a piece of advice:
Dont increase your protein intake to the point where it accidentally becomes your only fuel source.

No carb intake puts you into ‘Keto-flu’. You feel absolutely foul and run down for a several days. It gets better but absolutely sucks.

Lipids / Fat is also an important macronutrient, particularly for hormones. Unless medically directed I think we should all be getting our kilojoules from all three sources.
