No carb intake puts you into āKeto-fluā. You feel absolutely foul and run down for a several days. It gets better but absolutely sucks.

Lipids / Fat is also an important macronutrient, particularly for hormones. Unless medically directed I think we should all be getting our kilojoules from all three sources.
