IMO, 8 oz cheese is way too much for one pizza, I use maybe 2-3 and using fresh tomatoes is just unnecessary work that’s also a lot more expensive that prepackaged pureed tomatoes (in part because cheap tomatoes taste like water, which doesn’t happen with cheap prepackaged pureed tomatoes).

That said, 8.8 oz of cheap mozzarella cost like 1.40€. How much do you pay for that?
