apparently this monstrosity is the fault of walgreens. they aren't in canada, but the guy in that article is the one to shoot the spitball at. walgreens has a corporate sibling in the uk (boots)... maybe they'd also be up for one based on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Full_English_breakfast.jpg
