SituationCake@aussie.zone 1 week agoMy local Coles had fresh mint in the sleeves a few days ago. If you can substitute with peppermint ( stronger flavour?) then maybe pour out the content of a couple of peppermint tea bags, or loose leaf peppermint tea?

Nah I don’t think it would work. I like using the dried for salad dressing, crumbed lamb cutlets, cucumber soup etc. It’s handy to have in the cupboard. The fresh I use in cold drinks and in salads.
