    Looks like California judging from the grass and the variety of cars. Probably a suburb of LA or San Francisco.

      I’m going to guess based off of the fact that the grass is yellowing and the sidewalks have obvious damage from weathering that this is going to be some place in a much more temperate area I’ve seen guys park like that in Utah.
