    I may have a touch of the ADHD, but never been diagnosed.

    I’ve worked 3rd shift for over a decade & have cultivated my circadian arrythmia to the point where I can sleep 2 hrs and feel well rested or sleep 14 hours and be tired, but I don’t get to pick which one I get.

      I’m in this post and I don’t like it… Now excuse me while I fight to awaken from a 16 hour nap and desperately try to get to work on time.
