I burned my tongue eating dinner yesterday and still feel it a bit today. I just don’t know how to wait to eat the steaming hot food in front of me.

Must’ve been the day for it. I burnt my lips eating a noodle soup that was very hot both temperature wise and spicy wise. I think my lips got confused with what kind of heat I was dealing with, and today I was mildly worried I was having an allergic reaction to something as my lips were swollen and numb and I looked embarrassingly like I’d had a procedure 😆
