Today’s zucchini haul:

They’re going into springers and gyoza but I suppose water content is going to be an issue. Guess salt and wring them out or something. Last year just drank the juice straight and it was amazing.

    Substitute lasagne sheets for zucchini slices. Brown the slices on the bbq or the oven first. You don’t have to it just tastes better.
