This far from a solution but I thing I do is do a quick search for it on a search engine and look for websites makes a list of the best ones you can buy at the moment. Here’s an example: I search for “best hiking shoes for national parks” and many outdoor-focused gear websites will recommend shoes from brands like Columbia and Merrell.
