CIA_chatbot@lemmy.world 4 days agoThey were studying language translation, after noticing the translations from Hebrew to German were very different than from Hebrew to English. It wasn’t interpretation of the material, it was an analysis of the translations.

I’m just responding to your “huh what am I apologizing for” part. They’re not talking about apologizing, they were talking about the subject apologetics or the study of the Bible (which includes the study of translations).
